1. Eligibility and Accounts

Adults may create accounts and must provide accurate information. Account security remains your responsibility.

2. Platform Scope

Indian Home Schools provides tools, affiliation support, and skill certifications. It is not a school degree authority.

3. Payments, Recipients, and Refunds

Indian Home Schools is coordinated by Smaart Foundation. Some services are delivered with Smaart Square under an MOU (curriculum and learning materials).

Razorpay (India) may collect payment on behalf of either entity depending on what you purchase, while the checkout experience stays under the Indian Home Schools brand:

Certification fees and issuance-related charges are collected for Smaart Foundation (certification issuer and programme organiser).
Subscriptions and curriculum or materials access charges are collected for Smaart Square (curriculum partner).

Receipts and settlement details will reflect the lawful payee shown at checkout—this is intentional and aligns with governance between the organisations. Support remains reachable through Indian Home Schools contact channels.

Refund and dispute handling depends on the product line and fulfillment stage described at purchase; substantive requests may be routed to the payee organisation when required.

Exact legal names and GSTINs appear below when configured for production. They match the Razorpay merchant shown for each product line.

Certifications and programme organisation: Smaart Foundation — issuer and main organiser (smaart.org.in). Any Foundation GSTIN appears on invoices issued by the Foundation.

Users must follow respectful, lawful, child-safe behavior standards. Violations may lead to suspension/termination.

5. Certification Disclaimer

Certifications represent skills and may not replace formal school credentials.

6. Liability and Disputes

Service is provided with best-effort reliability. Disputes are governed by applicable Indian law.
